@EpicLemurz you're fucking right! I'm italian and I play the guitar for three years. I love the blues, the rock and the punk, and I understand you, Yngwie Malmsteen, yes play very very well but when he play he doesn't put emotion into it. I hate Yngwie when he tries to play the blues.

This is fun today u can also do it with one person I broke my d string just a second ago doing it u play about 8 measures of 12 bar blues and then play some licks but I played to hard and my guitar couldn't handle it lol one bend of a d string and wha snap it sucks music store tomorrow

@fenderstrt4 I'm fourteen. I'm looking to start off with the blues, then head on to more rock oriented things. I think metal guitar players (not hair metal) are terrible. I think Yngwei Malmsteen is garbage. Yes, he can play hella fast. But he puts no emotion into it. Playing blues is the best way to express yourself. And that's what you should be doing, not trying to play as many notes as possible in a short amount of time.

@fenderstrt4 So true. Kids nowadays all have this mindset that playing good means playing fast, which isn't true. Playing good to me means to be able to tell a story through your guitar playing which you'll only find in the blues. I'm seventeen and I picked up a guitar for the first time last year and I can't put the thing down. I'm trying to learn all aspects of the guitar, however blues will always remain my favorite. Whether it be bottleneck slide blues, or even piano blues. Can't beat it.
