In this video I discuss making a post workout shake and how easy and fast it is. I show you what I use and the importance of eating after you workout. This is a very simple shake and by no means the only way. I also use supplements which I will discuss in another video.

  • Vegan Option: one cup of brown lentils cooked, add dulse for flavor, 2-1 tbs oilive oil, sprinkle on toasted pumpkin and sunflower seed. Or eat as much greens and vegetables as you want. I have a five liter bowl for salad. Be careful not to use powder protein too much and become allergic to Soy Whey. Also soy has a lot of estrogens in it. I recommend Vega as an option for a complete, non-soy protein. It is made from hemp, yellow pea and brown rice protein. Much more complete than soy protein.

  • @stlk12 I really can't recommend T for someone that hasn't fully developed his endocrine system.T is a good and safe compound to use but only someone that is 23+.I used T for the first time when i was 25.I don't know if you will listen to my advice or not,God knows i was in a rush to grow muscles but if you damage your endocrine system you may not be able to train anymore thus cutting yourself in the root,not to mention that someone that can't get his penis up (been there) misses a lot of life.

  • @slyster12 Is T bad for a 16 year old I workout 2-3 hours monday - friday. I also wanna cut down in weight.
