  • lol that car sounds like a toilet flushing :)

And oh, it's SPIDER, not spYder

  • Actually, It is Spyder, in this case. Thank you for your thoughtful remarks. Put your head in the toilet and flush it so you are refreshed as to the sound.

  • I didn't get car into the movie. I acquired it long afterwards from a collector.

  • no...the one that was crashed out the window of the house was. There were 4 total vehicles in the movie (3 of which were the modena chassis)

  • Ford powered. Supercharged?

    Great re-creation.

    Painterballer: keep working.

  • Not supercharged. I dont understand what a painterballer is?

  • This car is probably worth more from being a movie icon rather then a Ferrari replica.

    It's still a beauty though.

  • nice ride.

  • A Gen X Icon.

  • You lucky bastard! Beautiful looking car, and sounds great too!

  • @Alejandroenfuego no its spyder in the case of ferrari,so yes some people do

  • @Tschoprack idiot

  • ha..."it's SPIDER, not SpYder"... some people really know how to reveal their ignorance.

  • Im pretty sure that car used in the movie was a converted MG

  • Great video. For the poster who said it sounded odd or bad, I would say that you are not very familiar with camcorder audio quality. I am sure the car sounds great in person, but the belt and gear whine seem really present in the posted video.

For the guy who wanted to give $90K for one 'seriously' or not you can get a fully customizable one from Cal Spyder now for around 80K. Ask for Mike

With Modena designs out of business you have a real collectors piece there...Congrats

  • Interesting combination of sound. The Ferrari Gearbox in combination with the typical Ford V8 sound. Wouldn't it be an Idea to take the Ferrari V12 of a (cheap) 400i instead?
