i had these the stud part completely came off so instead of fg boots i had a pair of indoor shoes =)

how to keep these shoes for a year + :
if u have the studded ones only use on grass.
avoid shotting with the very tip of the shoe.
dont get stepped on.
if you run fast dont always brake at once,slowdown first the stop.
