@aj234sd This comes from 'The Songs of Christmas,' 41 minutes long, made back in 1987. Look at watch?v=3L-6vGU75iA for the start of the DVD.

@mineeyesandears Good point, although this video is part of the weekly program "Music and the Spoken Word," which lasts 30 minutes, so the choir was probably shown plenty before this particular number. Jerold Ottley is conducting, which probably means this video is from the 1990's.
