A brief clip from "Hitler: Tyrant of Terror" showing Nazis in World War II swearing via god their allegiance to Hitler.

This video is in no way intended to support Nazism or anti-Semitism, but instead, intends to warn against them. The crimes of the Nazi regime are horrendous in history and well known, and anyone posting acclaim, support, or such about them will have such comments deleted immediately.

The other purpose is to dispel the idea that Hitler was an atheist or that Nazism was an atheistic ideology. It's quite ironic that such propaganda is put out regarding the pinnacle example of a propagandist ideology.

Hitler was not an atheist, but was in all likelihood an Occultist. However you want to term his beliefs, they were based on the notion that there was a supernatural existence. In sum: Hitler was religious, but it was an amalgamation of various occult beliefs and other religions to form his own. As Hitler said in April, 1933:

"Secular schools can never be tolerated because such schools have no religious instruction, and a general moral instruction without religious foundation is built on air; consequently all character training and religion must be derived from faith..."

Also, from Hitler's speech in October, 1933:

"We were convinced that the people need and require this faith. We have therefore undertaken the fight against the atheistic movement, and that not merely with a few theoretical declarations: we have stamped it out."

Moreover, the Nazi ideology never practiced anything close to the separation of church and state. Hitler's Brown Army attended churches en masse; Wehrmacht soldiers (the unified armed forces of Germany) wore "God With Us" (Gott mit uns) on their belt buckles; Catholic and Protestant churches gave support to the Nazi regime; the Third Reich had a version of the bible (complete with ~12~ commandments) called "Germans with God" and distributed to German churches in 1941.

Finally, the acts ordered by Hitler and carried out by others were not done because of atheism. They were done as means of consolidating and keeping power in the hands of a narcissistic madman, and a fooled populous led by a core of die-hard believers who can only be described as dogmatic.

  • Hold on... the Holocaust doesn't have any proof even after 70 years... don't you think this is a tad biased?

  • @BraindeadFred91 "asked to be put on"

How can you people be "asked" about something when they are not existing?

Do you believe this life is the only thing there is? Yes? How can you then criticize it and say that it is an imposition when you have nothing to compare it to?

  • @BraindeadFred91 So basically you believe people who want to kill themselves should be able to do that? The so called "right" to die. But isn't that also just another subjective opinion?

  • @BraindeadFred91 There are ways to help people who want to kill themselves, than to let them die. I don't think life is meaningless and of no value. I believe life is a gift.

  • @BraindeadFred91 So moral values and thinking about the purpose of life and so on is irrelevant in your mind? It's just something we as a species do and that's it?

But I still don't understand why you argue and defend your position then. Why are you trying to convince others that you are right? By your way of thinking none of us is right or wrong about what we say, right?

  • @BraindeadFred91 Some people are just sad and have lost all hope and sometimes it's because something horrible happened to themselves or someone else. I understand that life can be hard.

  • @BraindeadFred91 Do YOU want to kill yourself? Is there not ANY reason for you at all to live?

  • @BraindeadFred91 So you see nothing wrong with people killing eachother for their own interest? I mean, you said you feel sympathy for suffering. And you said you like the individual rights you have. And you also have kind of a worldview and an opinion that you are defending? Why is that? Why do you think your opinion is right? And why do argue about it? Is it just because it's fun for you?

  • @BraindeadFred91 Wow! So you think the whole of humanity is just meaningless and our species should just go extinct? So because we are smart animals who are, in your mind, realizing that there is no purpose, we should just let humanity dissapear? Wow!

Let me aks you something: Is there not anything possitive in this world? Do you ever feel lucky? You are probably just young? Are you a teenager?

  • @BraindeadFred91 So you have no sympathy with people being slaughtered by other people? And helping other people would not cross your mind if you see someone being treated unfairly?
