April, 2005 - Tijuana, Mexico - Grace Children's Home opened it's doors to the homeless and needy children of Tijuana, Mexico. In this city, like any other large city, there is much abuse, danger and crime. Many children don't have a safe place to live.

Working in conjunction with the Mexican authorities, this Christian children's home and YUGO Ministries is reaching these children.

Grace Children's Home is not just another orphanage...

The Vision
To meet the spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental needs of homeless children.

Spiritual Needs
Bible classes, teaching Christian values, working with local church, North American teams (VBS), Awana Club

Physical Needs
Proper nutrition and hygiene, clean water, health care, recreation (on-site playground)

Mental Needs
Public school, Education Center for supplemental education (English, computer lab, skills training, homework assistance, onsite library, etc.)

Emotional Needs
Personal attention, house parents, counseling

Grace Children's Home is an amazing place. I spent a month there as a volunteer and had a life changing experience. They are wonderful people doing a wonderful work for the children, the community, and for God. I can't wait to go back and visit!
