The video does not explicitly say this, but I think the idea is:

You make "seed balls" and then you can carry them while you take a stroll through an area where you want to grow those foods/plants (perhaps along a fence in a public park or along a public road, where you would not want to be bringing/carrying digging equipment).

Then as you stroll you casually drop seeds balls. Rain will water them. The compost/soil in the ball will give them enough of a start to germinate and root.

u missed the most important part, the drying.... show the people that they need to lay out and dry so the seeds don't germinate..

you don't want to add much water, just put some on your hands to make the clay and soil bond with the seed into a ball.
