@2805kristen filled water bottles= 1 lbs, fill bottles with sand = 2-3 lbs, fill bottles with rocks 3-5 lbs (make sure the bottle has a wide circumference so you can fit the rocks inside!)
if this doesn't suit you, you can get really cheap dumbells at TJMaxx/ Marshalls for about $5 each

The Tone It Up girls have taken basic, effective exercises and given them a twist to make them even better. I'm working these moves into my workout for tomorrow.
