my dear brothers and sisters ill give you some tips how to stop smoking/alcohol/eating fish/meat/toothpast with fluoride or water and try to et healthy food

i still drink milk and eat cheese

first i stopped then when i feel the desire too smoke or eat bad things then i just meditate i suggest you all do it

i cannot control the person who is killing the animal to be eaten by us but i can control the number of animals:)
