Today is the beginning of day 9, I have completed 8 days on the Dr. Simeons HCG Protocol, and am happy to report that I have lost 8.4 lbs.

  • Hey all, I am doing great. the weight has stayed off and with HCG it was so easy to loose the fat....HCG was a Godsend to me and many others..if you want more information on where to get REAL HCG and not the fake sublingual, email me at blondyjo99@aol.com..do the diet how it was originally invented by Dr Simeons with real HCG injections. You won't regret it..

  • When you are on the HCG program you can't exercise? I never heard that before.

  • When on the HCG diet, you are only taking in 500 calories, so it is not advised to work out. You can walk, just don't over do it.

  • If you want to do exercise, I recommend mild swimming. That is allowed on the Simeons Protocol, and it works all muscle groups. I did that during Round 1, and did well. I'm hoping to have time to do that now that Round 2 is starting.

  • I heard swimming was good! However, no swimming pool around here! I have a hot tub, I could work out in there, haha

    Few questions. While on this program can you use a treadmil? Also, does this diet give you a burst of energy? Most diets leave you feeling tired and sluggish, is it the same way on this diet? How much do you have to intake as far as calories?
