First Massachusetts sonic restaurant causes traffic chaos!

Unfortunately, I live near the first massachusetts Sonic restarant in Peabody. This is traffic from the third day of the store being open. I can't believe people would wait over an hour for this slop.

Why don't you grow up, a fast food restaurant will just make Americans fatter than they already are. Its not like its a computer company with 50k+ a year jobs its minimum wage for high schoolers. This won't make the economy thrive and if it does than we are in trouble. Besides if you lived near it and had to deal with the traffic all the time you would be flipping too.

@jaysellshondas this was right after it opened. it's a great job for high schoolers who need cash and can't find jobs because adults who are jobless are taking all of them. sorry if it's an inconvenience. find another way to get where you're going so you don't have to sit in it. bet it's calmed down since then!

I went there waited an hour just to get in the parking lot and left lol went to the wendys next door. The place has been open for a couple weeks and the line is still down the street to get in. crazyyyy shit

I drive by this place every morning. But there's almost nobody in there. lol. A few of my dumbass friends waited 2 hours to get food. haha

Actually I do live near it, and the traffic really doesn't bother me at all. No worse than Rt 1 any other day.

And by the way, Sonic is a publically traded company that is over 50 years old. It employs well OVER 50k people and is planning expansion to over a dozen more locations in New England within the next 3 years.

If that isn't a respectable company, I'd hate to hear what your thoughts of one is.
