What's great about this remote dimmer is that unlike an infrared device, which allows the user to control the lighting in a room only when the remote device is pointing at the wall plate, this new radio frequency dimmer allows you to control the lights in another room. You can even have it with you in your car and turn the lights in your home on before entering!
