Squat: 1. 590 Good, 2. 612 No-Good (Depth), 3. 612 Good
Bench: 1. 480 No Good (foot movement), 2. 480 Good, 3. 496 (miss)
Deadlift: 1. 568 Good, 2. 601 Good, 3. 606 Miss
as it turns out, the official kilo to lb conversion gave me 1692, instead of the 1690 we've all been saying for 2.5 years now!
