Divine Retribution: You start off with this weapon.
Snarling Beast: Received upon the death of the Spider Queen in Tsuta Ruins.
Infinity Judge: Purchase from the merchant within Kusa Village for about 50,000 yen.
Trinity Mirror: Purchase from Sei-an City merchant after the defeat of Ninetails for about 200,000 yen.
Solar Flare: Received after Amaterasu has acquired all 13 celestial brush techniques (Wawku Shrine).

Beads:
Devout Beads: Restore the Guardian Sapling in a cave in Agata Forest--a chest will appear containing the weapon.
Life Beads: Received upon the death of Crimson Helm.
Exorcism Beads: Received upon the death of Blight.
Resurrection Beads: Purchased from the Wep'keer merchant for 150,000 yen.
Tundra Beads: Purchased from the Sei-an City merchant after the defeat of the Twin Demons, for 500,000 yen.

Glaives:
Tsumugari: Received upon the defeat of Orochi.
Seven Strike: Purchased from the Sei-an City merchant.
Blade of Kusanagi: Received upon the death of Ninetails.
Eighth Wonder: Purchased from the Ponc'tan merchant for 200,000 yen.
Thunder Edge: Received upon the defeat of True Orochi.

Sorry for the slow reply; are you referring to how I got rid of Ammy's red markings? You need to use a Karmic Transformer, obtained only when you fulfill certain conditions when beating the game [ Google it and take a look, there's a few of them :) ]

You get to keep most of your items, and you can only keep the first 4 weapons of each type (or lose the last weapon of each type -- S. Flare, T. Beads, and T. Edge are lost). So no, you cannot keep the Tundra Beads.

Tundra Beads: Beat Lechku + Nechku, then return to Sei-an City to purchase the beads. As for the side-quests, you are not required to complete them, no.

Yes, you can purchase the Trinity Mirror there, and I think one or maybe two other weapons. But there isn't much point in buying the weapons there -- you'll just lose them again after you beat the boss. Better to buy them early so you can fight regular monsters faster with it.
