FFVII SCIENMNANE - Jenova Synthesis

The quickest and easiest of the final bosses. I start out by putting up both types of Barriers and a Mirror. The left tentacle is physical and the right is magical (from Jenova's perspective) so both Barriers keeps me pretty safe. Reflect makes Bio2 and Stop a non-issue.

For dealing damage, I use up my Dragon Fang and Ice Crystal as this is the last opportunity for them to be useful, and hopefully it would save me a Dragon Scales or two.

Once both Tentacles are dead the battle falls into a very simple pattern. When they are revived, throw a Dragon Scales. This kills the right tentacle, and I get hit by the left one. Since the right tentacle no longer gets a chance to attack there's no further need to put up MBarrier and I can restore Fury status without worry. On the second turn the left tentacle is almost dead so I throw a Swift Bolt to kill it. On the third turn Jenova does nothing so I use that turn to hit the main body with an S-mine or if I need to heal use an X-Potion. This is also when you want to use Omnislash, as the damage won't be wasted on the arms from the random targeting.

Once the body has suffered enough damage it starts the countdown. There's pretty much no way to defeat it in that amount of time, and doing so would give me a lot of EXP that I don't particularly want anyway, so I just heal up and use one last Lunar Curtain to endure the Ultima spell.
