u prolly allready answerd this.. but whats the hook at the beginning that you recommend called? the silver one.. it looks like the second one you said wouldnt work?

@macasdude the one that works best is called a circle hook i go by the size hook by the size fish u want to catch if u want a huge catfish then u go for a bugger hook size if u want a good size catfish to eat then a smaller hook
