Elephant charges and knocks over a camera-trap set for biodiversity inventory inside Mwanihana forest, Udzungwa Mountains, Tanzania. She probably smelt human on the camera unit. Amazingly, the camera-trap survived. The elephants of these mountains are virtually unknown, but are the subject of a recently initiated research project: http://udzungwa.wildlifedirect.org/
By Trevor Jones of Anglia Ruskin University and the Udzungwa Elephant Project.
Excellent! I wonder if our camera trap will suffer the same fate!

So cool! Stay away from elephants, they are so sensitive and can breack your video camera! They like to play with round shaped objects, or anything that is not so familar to them.
