2. you have to select your mutas with another unit, which is far away/can't respond to your commands. best option is an overlord or a larvae. when u do that, your mutalisks will clump together and act like 1 muta, so you can micro them with greater ease.

1. units under the dark swarm take no damage except from splash (e.g. tanks) and melee (e.g. zealots). units such as marines will deal no damage to units under the swarm.

2. practice! but if you want to know how they actually do it, i don't know exactly. Personally, i keep them moving in circles so they dont slow down, then move them in the direction of the unit i want to attack, attack it, then retreat. just keep practicing and you'll get it eventually.
