I like the exercise but I think the stools are not safe. Use a rubber padded wooden box. Those stools look like they will flip over.

well as an athlete you should know that nothing is "Wierd" so long as it gets the job done. i was doing sit ups over a leg so that i had to bring my whole torso up to my knees that i made a 90 degree change. it is very difficult for most people but it looks "gay" so some idiot kids from gym class were laughing at me and my fried when they probably couldnt even do one.
