CAN YOU NOT FILM - A KODAK MOMENT - Our right to take still photos and record video all across america see: PictureAmerica.org.

It's amazing how often folks are told to stop shooting photos or stop shooting video in America or no, you cannot film here, or you need a film permit. Stop! So, in an effort to get more videos shot I started up the Picture America Project to provide video cameras to folks in Monterey County, California who have a topic of interest to shoot or a story worth telling on video. Monterey County welcomes artists, and encourages photography and video recording. I am delighted when a filmmaker goes out and shoots and makes a finished video, and puts it up on the Internet or makes DVD copies. It's my way of making up for the time after time we've all been told "no, stop filming" and "can you not film"?

  • Fat spic with a power trip.

  • Who knew Kermit the Frog knew how to use a video camera!

  • the camera guy has a point they are on the side of the street so truely the only thing that is different is the angle of the camera at whatever he is pointing at. i mean what the heck does 10 feet difference make?

  • gotta tell ya, the camera guy is a punk ass that needs to be hammered in the ass in JAIL..!!!!! phtographs of persons and structures is illegal once the other person declines to allow that person to fotograph him / her., to continue constitutes harrasment / provocation and when convicted on it, can face a max sentence of 1 year in the county jail......ASSHOLE..!!!!!

  • legal or not aside, there is one thing that is more important than the law and that's RESPECT. being up in people's faces with your camera or ihpone etc is completely disrespectful, of course it's an easy way for losers to feel some form of empowerment but if it comes at the cost of people's privacy. this isn't a freedom you should exploit, shame on you. you think you're safe because you'll 'put it on Youtube otherwise' ...keep it up and one day someone's gonna lose it and go to town on you.

  • Kodak is bankrupt.... wonder if they protect their named theater now? Really makes me want to go on vacation to Calif.... NOT

  • If it is in a public place, you can tape or take photos all you want. The thing is, you just don't identify who the subject is. I am a photographer. Now, if some one were to come up to me and politely ask that I not take their photo, I would not take their photo any longer.

  • Oh piss on Hollywood and all their bullshit.

  • put her back in mexico
