It is actually a fusion of the Burnout 2 theme and the theme from the "Ocean Sprint" race (called "Destroyer Mix" in Burnout Paradise) plus a few extra phrases to bridge them.

you told me i was wrong..... listen to this song carefully, you can easily tell that thiss and the paradise theme song are the same basic song. the paradise song is just a reworked, different intro, and to some extent remixed. even look up the burnout 2 theme song, NOT your vid, check all of them, youll see im right.
