The clean guitar track was previously recorded by me over the backing track (without 2 main guitars), during recording this video i was actually playing only the distorted guitar track live,not the acoustic one.However the notes of the clean track were picked (where possible), just without sound (volume knob turned off).
Both sound presets used from Axe FX Ultra banks.
The other day i will record the complete song, it's just demo recording to check how the overall mix sounds as i used the stock AXE FX ULTRA presets.

I don't know how the guitar is tuned for this song so I don't know if it would work but when I used to play it in standard e tuning at 12 seconds in your vid I played the power chords at 3rd fret slide up to the 6th fret and then slide upto the 8th fret then the drums come in ..Let me know if it works

In this song a drop D tuning is used, just tune your low E string 2 semitones lower (to D), the rest of the strings remain in standard tuning.In this case i didn't even change the intonation of the low E string, it still intonates well enough for this song.
