  • This woman is a thug idiot, if your marginal revenue product is higher than you are paid for then voluntarily ask for a raise or quit. Do not be a coercive thug idiot. Anyone like that thug that acts like a criminal should be charged as such.

  • what about her experience, was it the same as the others? And her education did she have the same education level as the others?

  • had she lower productivity than 15 guys ? statistically unlikely but possible.

    most jobs pay the same.

sometimes it is a bit like men paying more for car insurance-per mile men have fewer accidents. it is funny that women now use the inventions and institutions invented by men(courts, printing press, tv etc ) to attack them. just no gratitude

    men-hard work,high suicides,early deaths.

women-lot of choice re work, time to spend with kids, long life.

    equality-hmmmmmmm

    women

  • I don't know, did she have the same job as the men in her work place? if so it's wrong if she gets paid less.

If not she has no reason to complain, her job might normally have a lower pay regardless of her being a women.

  • It is appalling that Judge Alito in all of his conservative, head up his ass, woman hating wisdom ruled that she would have had to file 180 after the discrimination happened even though Ms Ledbetter didn't find out about it until YEARS after. Don't laugh it could happen to YOU and you better ask yourselves... what's next??
