RPG World Map Maker - Tutorial

This is a video showing you how to use the .PSD file I created to make a realistic looking world map for your videogame in a matter of minutes.

Obviously you need Adobe Photoshop to use this (I don't think layer styles convert well to GIMP), version 7.0 and up. But that's all really.

Simply unpack the .rar file, install the font on your computer and then open up the map and you can start using it.

@demonxrazgriz Really? That's strange. Someone confirmed that it worked on GIMP, I guess not ... Well, the only other option would be Photoshop, sorry.

Awesome job. Any way to keep the edges of the "land" part dark like in this video using Paint.Net?

@demonxrazgriz No, I don't think so. You see, that dark line is configured into the layer style options, which can be read by Photoshop and GIMP, but I don't think Paint.net can read these layer styles. So I'm sorry, but no :(

You can try GIMP though, since it's free.

WOAH WOAH, wait, the edges aren't dark for me (which makes it look REALLY bad...) I'm using SAI and not Photoshop, is that why???
