One Of Our Favorite Places. Ocean Beach CA.

Whenever my family goes home to San Diego one of our favorite places to go is Ocean Beach. They have wonderful shops, one of the neatest farmers markets, And plenty of palm trees.
Its a little town south of Mission Bay. Its at town and time seemed to forget. Everyone is laid back and it has a total beatnik feel. You find, hippies, beach bums, musicians playing on the sidewalk. One of the favorite modes of transportation is Beach Cruiser bikes, and skateboards. Its the most dog friendly places with a special beach for the dogs to run free. You see practically everyone with a dog. Some stores have bowls of water outside the door for dogs, Dog ties out front and a ton of the stores allow you to just bring your dog right on in. There is a really neat International Hostel, Hooka Bars, Really neat stores that sell home made clothing, hippie clothes and handmade jewelry. And some of the best food you will find anywhere.. If you ever head to San Diego you must stop by and check this town out. They have an incredible farmers market which I think is on weds, from 4-6. You can find all info online for the San Diego Farmers Markets. And check and see about the festivals. There seems to be fesitvals going on every month or a few times a month.

I think they failed to promote it the way they should.. I think if it had been done correctly people would have really enjoyed it. I seemed to be the only one I knew who even knew it existed.

ME TOO!!! I just found out yesterday.. I tried to promote it as much as I could trying to get my friends to watch.. It makes me mad.. Evey time there is an off beat show that I really really love they take it off.. But they have a billion cookie cutter shows out there.. If you have a dating reality show. You are a sure bet.. Or if you have a talent show.. Your good.. Or a ghost hunter show etc.. But this was so cool!!.. i loved the plot and storyline, seeing places I love from Cali was the best!
