This video is just to introduce myself and outline what I see as the strengths of this channel.

I've followed the discussions on this channel and especially the comments made on the video asking what you think the channel should be, and I am in line with many of you. I do think this channel is a powerful vessel for the community on youtube, and also a rich library of information for anyone looking for answers that they might not be able to find directly from YouTube.

I believe I am here to promote the community ethos of this channel, to advocate for the community, to chair the 'Town Meetings' when appropriate (ie, make videos to encourage discussion and communication about current community issues), to make efforts to contact youtube about issues that are raised. To gather and provide relevent information and links in response to the questions raised by you, the community.
And if there's anything else you think I should be fulfilling in this role during September, please do feel free to make suggestions.
