EDIT
: 1. Get the game
2. Turn on the console in the options
3. Open console (~)
4. Type in "sv_cheats 1" without the quotes
5. And then mess with all the commands!

Example: (Type this directly into the console WITH quotes and all, and then press the "b" key on your keyboard)

bind "b" "sv_cheats 1; give autoshotgun; give pain_pills; give first_aid_kit; z_spawn hunter; z_spawn witch; sv_cheats 0"
