First of all, this a political opponent distorting the truth. It is either:
1. The opponent taking it out of context an not telling the people the whole truth. or
2. Someone using a similar voice trying to trick people.
Seeing is believing. If you don't see him speaking...don't believe it. If you don't hear the whole speech in context...don't believe it. Roosevelt Skerrit is very committed to his fellow citizens.

This is not Roosevelt Skerrit. This is a political opponent trying to trick you. Don't be fooled. Mr. Skerrit is very honest and honorable.What gives it away?
1. Where is the video of him speaking?? There isn't one because it is not him speaking.
2. Why do the have picture of him between expressions making a funny face? It's obviously somebody trying to disparage the great leader.
Seeing is believing. We don't see him speaking. So, don't believe it.

It goes like this, I think: GoD has 89 Mil in borrowing power with ECCB. GoA has none, 0. so GoD give the OK to use 12mil of their credit. The money doesn't belong to GoD, it just mean that they have good credit with the Bank.
