I've been teaching the same movement but in a different way. Since I was little I used to hate to celebrate most of the European holidays. Though our movements are different, we have some similarities in our goals. Peace to all my brown brotheren of Native America.

Yes once again another strike takes place, and please my Nican Tlaca nation lets group up. We are bounded by blood the pride runs in us; however, we are need to educate our brains, so we can truly unveiled our eyes. Vamonos a las nuves con amor and knowledge. This is our land, and the government is killing it by building unnecessary roads, for immigrants of other continents. Tlazocamati, Olin Tezcatlipoca

wow never thought of celebrating christian european holidays is participating in our own genocide
beautiful! true knowledge and courage! denouncing the colonialism that has infeceted our psyche. We need to confront ourselves before we confront the colonizers. Liberation will not come thru sweatlodge and dance. It will not come thry cool hip hop beats and songs, it will not come thru hallucinating drugs. it will come with knowledge, courage, and organized action. Olin is my Tlamatini. The Mexica Movement is my guide.Tlazocamati for all the work that you do Olinzin.

My elders tell me the same thing but in another way.
European holidays are celebrated to slap the occupied people of those who are been occupied by a foreign people who is not indigenous to the land or who is not capable to defend themselves in a way of striking back.
These European holidays (Thanks-Giving Columbus day) is a holiday to celebrate the invasion of OUR CONTINENT.
