  • @lars650 yes it was. anyone can do it with hard work and dedication although it can very well take 3 months.

  • @azcrazydude well by tucked planche i mean by arms are straight and im have my legs suspended.---it might not be the traditional tucked planche with my face more in front of my body---im doing tucked planche to handstand and back---focus on that not what i call planche tuck
