  • hey sadie i really appreciate your videos!! i watch them everyday..but i had a question that which yoga pose will be better to grow my height....does halasana actually works and how long will i be able to see the results i would really appreciate some yoga poses for growth..thanku

  • A full yoga practice will make you somewhat taller...not a ton, but maybe an inch. Depends on where you are when you start!

  • OMG! I've known some strong yoga teachers in my life...watch what she does at 4:44. I don't know if I could have done that at her age, probably not. Wow. I've seen other videos of hers here and really like the way she teaches. Very physical but meditative at the same time.

  • @gia28287 if you have irregular periods that has to do with low estrogen or some hormone problems. Have they done a sonogram of your ovaries? You might want to look into hormone health in a big way.

  • sadie ur videos are very good , but since im beginner so i have some confusion whether i should go to too mch advanced level and i have to start with beginners steps and i should done it in a step wise manner. if i jump to this then i may harm my muscles.plz give me some idea how to do in home in an easy way. is their beginner steps first plz tell me i will b thankful
