Cow fetuses have become a common food in the slums of Kipsongo, Kenya. People eat them because they are cheaper than all of the other types of meat sold in the slaughter - houses. Most of the time it is eaten alone, without any accompaniments - as there is no other food available. Regina Akitela Nang'iro shows us how it is prepared and distributed amongst her community.
