I used to work at a place in long beach Ca. and we sold 300 to 400 pickled eggs every day. I'm not saying we made the best eggs but everyone else did. And that wasn't even close to how we made them.

They should come with an addiction warning!

I've seen pickled eggs in the UK that are well over a year old, and that is not uncommon, as vinegar keeps all bacteria out from any possible contamination. Also, I agree, great beard man!

"gently insert your eggs" BOOM!

I was just wondering what the shelf life would be and how you get the jars to seal?

@TheAmann69 ----- I typically dont have them sit around for more than a month. BUT since they are technically pickled they are preserved and could last atleast 4 or 5 months sealed properly. I dont vaccume seal the jar, I just use wide mouth mason jars(they have a rubber gasket or seal around the inside of the lid)
