@MikeinWB Think about this: A kid is bullied in school every single day. He finally retaliates and defends himself. The bully then goes on to tell the story of getting beat up and calls the kid thinks like "radical" and a "hateful" person. Don't you find that problematic?

@mzG216 The black pathers is a reconized hate group by the southern poverty law center and the ACLU and other groups. If you know any thing about the black pathers then you know they openly call for blacks to kill and rob from non blacks. Just check out some of their stuff on youtube.

If the wanting to build a better community for non-whites who have been systematically discriminated against and physically harmed just because of their race makes the Black Panthers a hate group, then so be it. If the races where reversed you would be screaming hate crime. According to the FBI, 90% of all interracial crimes are black on white. They should all be put to death.

@MikeinWB In order for it to be counted as a hate crime, there would have to be proof that the crime was committed because of, in this case, race.
