He's allowed to be at the wedding as long as he doesn't contribute to the show. Also Don Vito was allowed to appear in minghags the movie because that was an acting role and he portrayed a character not himself.

I just thought I'd point out, Bam talked to the girl. She wasn't going to press charges, her mom did. The girl was okay with it, she said it was no big deal. There was 2 girls, one was 15 & if I'm not mistakened the other was 14?

He was ordered to "not portray the Don Vito character".
Nothing about being on TV.
The catch there, obviously, is that Don Vito isn't a 'character'. Don Vito *is* Vince Margera. Of course he's going to attend his nephews wedding. You don't stop loving your family, just because the courts got involved in their life at some point.
And for the record, I think Vito got a raw deal. If I were on that jury, I wouldn't have voted to convict. Those charges were waaaaaaaaaaaaay over the top.

@RoofFiddler yh out of order, for all we know it was a false accusation, but i think it was for like 8 years or summink not 100% on that.
But im sure you heard the sad news of Ryan Dunn pritty messed up huh he was funny in this
