This is the owners' brother.
The dog is not guilty. He's always been this untidy peaking at the age of 13, in fact this looks remarkably untidy compared to the summer of 1989, when his room would resemble a mashed up bomb wreck of Our Price and Waterstones, with dodgy clothes here there and everywhere.

As much as I'd like to, I can't deny the truth in Brother Williams' post. I was indeed a messy little urchin, however I would like to put it on record that I never ate chews made of rawhide.
