  • Howard, it is possible to switch a rasterized image into a vector one???

  • There is no easy way to do it. Basically your image would have to be recreated using a vector method.

  • What is the best program for me to use, cuz I do a cartoon with my freind and I'm trying to update from MS Paint. and don't tell me Adobe Illustrator because thats to complicated for me to make thousands of pictures on & though it can be done it would take forever.
