it is the next game in the chip challenge series and is currently in devlopment. Go to yahooo groups and download the latest test veirson.

It isn't technically the next game in the series, though it is being developed by Chuck Sommerville. BMG (which has the copyrights to Chips Challenge) are considering re-release. This could potentially lead to the release of CC2. There is a second 'official' levelset and several people are working on the third now. The due date for levels was March 1. Mike L's site has all the info as does CCZone.

AOP owns the BridgeStone Media Group (BMG). So in a sense, AOP does own the copyrights currently, but they would loose them if a split ever happened. At least, that's my understanding of it.
