Shooting him once is reasonable. But shooting him 5 more times while he is unconscious is ridiculous. Imagine how you'd feel if you were the mother, knowing your son could have had a chance at survival but some guy had to shoot him 5 more times for no reason. I don't feel sorry for the kid cause he's an idiot, but i feel sorry for his innocent family that is suffering. The man deserves some time in jail, but a lifetime is bullshit. So i don't know, i'm in the middle of this case.

@Headhunter004 2nd comment - It's not self defence, self defence is allowed when someone is actually attacking you. The kid is down, he was shot to the head, he was unconcious for over 20 seconds. Shooting him 5 more times is beyond unnecessary. Why 5 exactly? it was clearly a panic attack and an unthinkable reaction. Any normal human being would have seen that the kid is down and theres no need to pop another 5. The guy got what he deserved

@Headhunter004 watch the video again. The guy is down, not moving. He shoots him, he walks outside to chase the others, he runs back in and the kid is still down, and it's been 20 seconds. 5 more shots was not necessary. The kid had nothing on him at that time after he went down, and the guy with the gun is standing right next to him, .the kid isn't going to get up grab the gun and shoot, that will take about 5 seconds..unless the worker is slow as fuck. And yes the government is corrupt.

@GoDxism no, the reason he shot him 5 more times is because he thought the guy was still alive and moving, in which case, he still would've been able to rob and possibly kill him! So no, it was purely self-defense. BTW, Amadou Diallo was shot *41* times by the NYPD while unarmed, and the police officers were found NOT guilty! Oh, but I guess they get a free pause 'cause they're cops (everyone knows crooked cops get let off all the time), not a man who came to work trying to do his job!
