@ezrouter so do you get ripping at that speed?
-
Is there any way to get these routers with TWO or more cutting head drop tracks running in parallel all at the same time? Think of it in INKJET PRINTER format. For big cuts, you use the big bit, for smaller detail cuts you use the 1/32 inch or 1/64 inch fine bits. With a 1/4 inch bit cutting the big sections and a smaller bit smoothing out the roughage, then you could slice out material faster while leaving a polished surface result in the same time as just running the bigger bit.

@matt9741399 what exactly do you mean by surface speed? If you are talking RPMs it's at 18,000.

@ezrouter I meant cutting speed, so RPMs multiplied by circumference. Do you get much ripping at that speed?

@matt9741399 The cutting speed was 2000 Inches Per Minute. If you have any questions please feel free to give me a call at 903-569-3190
