This is what the chemicals and wastes from modernization attempts from oil products has caused. These corporations should have responsibility to manage a recycling and reuse system. It is a river, a source of life that is being poisoned by greedy corporations that are annually profiting GLOBALLY! Shell,BP, OPEC all should pay for this clean up and recycle or reuse by providing a share of the profits to the people who take on this mission. The rivers are our sacred source of life!
