French women risk breast implant removal

An estimated 30,000 women in France could be advised to have their breast implants removed, following warnings about the possible risk of rupture and cancer associated with the now-recalled batch of silicone implants.

I have had a flat chested girlfriend get commented on by guy friends if she was gonna get breast implants,and that she obviously should since she was only a small b. Even her brothers teased her about her small bust. you have no idea about the pressure on women to look attractive to men. No woman cares if another woman has a b cup or a d cup. come on.

Men very much call the shots in politics, media and advertising, hence the deciding factors of how society is perceived. Women calling the shots in Muslim families are not the norm where i am from. We have had many murders of young women by the fathers and brothers when they don't want to get into arranged marriages or get a non Muslim boyfriend.
