i stoped the workout and the diet thing from 2 weeks ago i duno why i started eat like a pig i really duno why!!!!????
but everytime i say tomorrow i end up eating!!!aaa!!!>.<!!!
i know i feel good when i eat a good meal i feel happy but the problem is feel guilty whill eating those food!!!!
but ur video had made seans to me so thank you so much!!!

Thanks heaps for your videos! Just a question...what do you eat when you go to a chineese resturant? I have to go to one for my aunties birthday soon. Or if anyone else knows...what could you eat there?

I just ask them for a plate of vegetable (bring a little salad dressing with you and sneak it on!!) Chinese restaurants have tones of veggies & greens!!

I just have to say that I really wanted to thank you for your videos. They've really inspired me to start living a better life.
I've actually started a raw diet in the last week and a half. (Well, 99% to be honest..) No dairy, no meat, refined sugar, or flour. And I have to say I feel great. ..
Some detox side affects happening but other than that, feeling better..
