  • What pros and cons did you find came with switching to low bar? Is it a permanent transition? I squat high bar and I'm wondering if I should switch. Great squatting nonetheless man, keep it up

  • @Kaelan66 My core is much more stable and I can be much more explosive from the bottom position. Cons are, that you cannot squat ATG because you would fall backwards. Also I feel much less stress on my quads with the low bar squat. Overall it feels more easy because you can have more weight and you are much more stable

  • Good job. I think with low bar squat you will be able to squat heavier.

  • @youdontfsckwithme not to get all in your face or anything but I squat ATG with low bar all the time, I find putting my hands closer to my shoulders secures everything a whole lot more. Granted I am not at 200kg yet, I am only at 180 but yer. No disrespect intended and also +1 to awsome squat :)
