@youdontfsckwithme not to get all in your face or anything but I squat ATG with low bar all the time, I find putting my hands closer to my shoulders secures everything a whole lot more. Granted I am not at 200kg yet, I am only at 180 but yer. No disrespect intended and also +1 to awsome squat :)

What pros and cons did you find came with switching to low bar? Is it a permanent transition? I squat high bar and I'm wondering if I should switch. Great squatting nonetheless man, keep it up

@Kaelan66 My core is much more stable and I can be much more explosive from the bottom position. Cons are, that you cannot squat ATG because you would fall backwards. Also I feel much less stress on my quads with the low bar squat. Overall it feels more easy because you can have more weight and you are much more stable

Good job. I think with low bar squat you will be able to squat heavier.
