Argentine Black and White Tegu Shedding and eating a Fuzzy

Caught him mid shed this morning, then fed him a fuzzy this afternoon. His shed came on in 3 pieces. Pretty awesome looking. It really brought out the white in him! He 16 inches long now and growing fast!

i've noticed u said you feed him whole prey (fuzzies) every second day pretty much i don't mean to seem like an ass or anything and tell you what to do with your tegu but mice are very fatty for tegus and tegus are knowen to get over weight and is very harmfull to them u are only supposed to feed them mice once a week

@fusionink22 Everyone has their own thoughts on feeding schedules. He is far from overweight, and is in the prime stages of his growing cycles. Not to mention this video is from 7 months ago. Once he has reached full length, and is mostly grown, then yes, I agree with your statement. He gets plenty of free roam time, and plenty of exercise in his 8ftx8ft enclosure, and is far from overweight. Thanks for your constructive input though! Always appreciated.
