Both versions of this song are excellent. Here it is more of a passive 'Live and Let DIe' and it seems like the darkness from the world is finding its way into the person. With Guns n Roses' version it is an aggresive 'Live and Let Die' with the darkness within the person spilling from the inside out. Either way McCartney is a master composer.

Its weird. I prefer this version for the instrumental, but the GNR version for Axels voice. Paul is no slouch, but ill be damned if I couldnt admit(least to me) Axel has powerful vocals.
