hey now, green day is pretty good, and they do a lot of the stuff John Lennon and the band did, singing reallife issues about politics and peace and humanity
billy joe armstrong sounds so much like lennon in certain songs, i'm surprised some people are willing to admit they hate green day and like Lennon
both groups are very talented bands & musicians, and deserve respect for the things they stood up for and sung about
