I just opened a bigcommerce store. I must say it has the best features yet :) But I didn't get a hand written note with a signiture.. or a phone call.. or a free gift lol. But all in all, the customer service is awesome. I can chat live with the reps anytime which in my opinion really makes all the difference.

The hand-written note is an interesting idea but it can also have a negative effect in the future as a business grows and it's no longer practical to include hand-written notes with every order.

Love these Videos Mitch! It's funny, the reason i stumbled upon these videos was from an email about Shopify's build a business competition. I decided to enter the comp, but then got searching for other e-commerce hosted solutions and found Bigcommerce. I have been watching your videos and I must say, reciprocity has totally worked in this instance, screw the competition I'm going with Big Commerce.

Love the idea of store credit for shipping. Does big commerce have a feature to handle that. Otherwise can be a nightmare trying to keep track of everyones shipping charges for store credit.
