http://www.ericjmoss.com I received an email from a soldier asking for some exercises for him and his unit who were trying to open a crossfit style gym on their base. I couldn't recommend anything better then the 6 fundamental movements we use at the RKC.
The swing
the turkish getup
the clean
the press
the front squat
the snatch
grinds (tgu, press, squat) should be done with low reps and heavy weight. no more then 5
ballistics (swing, clean, snatch) can be done for any number of reps but i recommend over 10 so you can get unbelievable conditioning from it.
